How do you attach the refill to the original product?

Best Pet Supplies' sloped cat scratcher does not come with refills. This product has two units inside and requires some assembly. The replacement pads are sized to fit standard turbo scratchers and the Catify Scratch & Spin.

Depending on positioning, the short side may be placed against furniture to prevent toppling over.

I am required by my cats to get these again

These make a big mess. The cats scratch up the cardboard and the rubble gets on the floor. However, the cats are crazy for them, using them every day. I have several different types of scratchers, which they use sporadically, but these are the ones that keep them from scratching my sofa.

Have It Your Way

I thought my cat would find this interesting, but she wasn't having it. But the nice thing is that I just unfolded it back to its flat packed state, and now she's happy. Nice to have that versatility.

They both love them!

Both cats went straight to them after I added catnip. They've been using them all week, just clawing away. Saving my carpet and furniture. I just rub a handful of catnip into each one. These do NOT come with catnip, so don't forget to order a bag.

Great Scratch Pad - 4-1/2 Stars

My cat loves this! Scratches away, especially if I add catnip to it. The only thing is that this works better on a carpeted floor because it slides all over my wood and tile floors. I'm trying to figure out a way to secure it to the floor - possibly strong double-sided tape would work.

best scratchers

Best cat scratchers for the price. I love that 2 come in a pkg and that hold up with my 15 pound cat jumping and playing on them. They also last much longer than other cardboard scratchers.

Seems to help protect couch corners

These 2 scratchers seem to be helping protect couch corners from my crazy cat with claws. I would have given 5 stars but they were just a little confusing to put together and a little light weight for my 13 pound Hammy. Since the cardboard is NOT reversible like other scratches they will need replacement sooner. Otherwise these things sit at the corners he likes to shred the most and seem to be helping.

Cats love them!

All three cats really like these. Why they like to stand at the top and claw downward is beyond me but they seem to prefer it that way. The scratchers seem very sturdy.
