“Quality has gone down. I don’t normally leave a review, but I am just so disappointed. I have been buying Oxbow treats for many years and my girls (guinea pigs) have loved them. They were the perfect 3/16 inch thick heart shape and smelled great. Now, their quality control must have gone way down because they are now made into these 5/16 thick heart shapes that smell completely burnt. My girls cannot even bite into them because they are so compacted and hard, and most of the time my girls just walk on them because they are so unappealing and unappetizing. I end up just throwing them away. I have even tried cutting them in half, to no avail, it just makes me gag since they smell burnt. Oxbow, please revert back to your former recipe where you made the 3/16 inch thick hearts. Until then, I’m sorry, but you have lost a customer.”
