I have used this suet for a few years. The birds LOVE it. I ordered again a few weeks ago and noticed the price substantially went up! I ordered just one because of the expense and glad I did! This is not the same as it was! it had hardly any nuts in it and looked more like the high energy suet. I looked at the ingredients and they are not the same! won't pay additional money for a lower quality product!

Missing suet

This order was delivered Friday the 20th. Not the 19th as expected. That's OK but the Brown's Garden Garden Chic suet was missing. The whole box was taped up

This order was delivered Friday the 20th. Not the 19th as expected. That's OK but the Brown's Garden Garden Chic suet was missing. The whole box was taped up. The one end was completely torn away like it had loosened and there was double tape on it. The whole box was dented. There was no packing slip in the box. Could you please send me the suet. I am beginning to think there is a local problem here with the shipping. You might want to check into Murfreesboro, this is where my package was held for days on a January shipment. I have no problem with Chewy, I trust your company and I appreciate your service.
