Works great
It fit well in our external metal door. The magnet on the swinging cat door hold it closed well but it take a little pressure to push it open. The cats do it but it is taking some coaxing.
Works very well
Had to get a pet door for access to the basement for my cats. Wasnt sure if my larger cat would fit but he has no problem.
easy to use
We installed this in the lifting garage door because it works on doors that thin. It's easier to use, more intuitive, than our existing cat door in the garage leading into the house, both tabs out means open both ways, both in means locked both ways. Our older cats are reluctant to use it, but they'll get used to it and use it more as it gets colder. Our kitten loves it and uses it many times a day. My only safety concern is that the plastic is so dark that it could be difficult to see if a cat is about to come out when opening the garage door.

The cat door was easy to install, looks great, well made and is a great value. We are training our stray Cat to use the door and she is learning fast. This was a good option for her.
Good quality
Easy installation. Was done in a heartbeat. My cats don't seem to like the door. We just taped it open so they can access their cat box in the closet. It seems shorter than I expected or maybe I put it too low in the door. My cat crouches to get in. Still a good buy.

I haven't installed this yet, so I can only tell you that it appears to be a decent door - especially for the price. Solid, plastic construction with a clear, see-through door that can be locked. I opted to write this review now instead of waiting until it was in use because I wanted to let anyone out there searching for the door that goes with the Cat Mate Wall Liner (https://www.chewy.com/cat-mate-wall-liner/dp/103181 - Chewy item # 75291), that THIS is the door. This door - (Chewy item # 75277) - is Cat Mate model # 235. According to the box for the wall liner it will also work with model # 234, but good luck figuring out which one that is.
Doog/cat door
Easy to install maybe 10 mins top with the right tools, my 85lb pit can go in and out and also my two little cats love playing with it.

My cat Mojo learned how to use in one day, Barry got it, but my youngest cat hasn't gotten it yet
Screw to short to install
The screws that come with it are WAY to short to install this cat door in a normal sized door. Luckily my hub has lots of tools and accessories so he found the right length of screw to make it work. Those screws didn't go thru far enough to attach the other side of the cat door. Its supposed to go thru the front side then the door then the backside and the screws were at least an inch to short maybe more.
