My cat loved the product at first, but as he are older I noticed his paws are getting too bit to fit in the slots. I wish the openings were a bit wider so even bigger cats can play with it. I also with the ball light up or had a bell. My cat was only interested for short amounts of time, and I think better ball would fix that.
Cats find it uninteresting

The product works probably as it should but I feel the space for their paws to hit the ball is minimal. So this and one of the other kits each just sit unused while the ball in a circle with scratching pad in center seems to just be their style
They love it!!!

All of my kitties love these track toys! My kitty that's roughly 2 years plays with it nonstop & my older cats (12yo) do the same! I had an older, smaller version of this (only 4 attachable pieces that came with it, though I could probably attach them to the new one coming as well......) for my older kitties at my mom's house where I let them stay with her when I moved, so I just purchased this for them at her house after recently buying one for my 2yo kitty. She plays with it 24/7! I can't wait to receive the 2nd one for my older babies!
My cat wants to enjoy this toy, but the poor design doesn't allow him

I feel like this toy wasn't tested on adult cats. This is the second version, with wider openings for paws, but it still hasn't fixed the problem with the original. I had high hopes as my cat was playing with the pieces before I even got it together, but once together, he couldnt fit his paw in any of the openings enough to get any real momentum going with the ball. I thought it was a learning curve, but it hasn't improved. He can only get in enough of his arm to nudge the ball an inch or so, and he gives up.

We have yet to see anything other than rubbing where I had sprayed the nip we even added the light up balls. I hope to see some more use of it soon it seems more like a youger cat toy our girls are already seniors (they grow up so fast) but they have their young moments we are already sure if we decide to re-adopt the newbies will enjoy it. Thanks again Chewy stay safe and healthy you are all appreciated.

You have to get the light up ball as an add-on but my foster kittens have been wrecking my house until I got them this toy!!

My 4 cats go nuts with this toy. 1 will get the ball rolling (pun intended) which sparks the interest of the others & before ya know it, they are tearing it up & running all over the house. BRAVO
Cat loses interest

A friend has the original version of this and so I thought this looked good. It goes together okay, though one of the pins was broken off when it arrived. The cat enjoyed it a bit at first, especially if a human was playing with it, but he quickly lost interest. The cat that is. I don't think the up and down "hills" add to the cat experience. In fact, I think if this was all flat, that would be better as the ball would go faster and farther, and the faster something darts, the more interesting it is to a cat. Also, putting the scratcher in the middle of this was a mistake as the catnip and cardboard gets on the track and slows the ball down and then has to be blown out.
kitty likes it

Hard to get my cat to self entertain. She likes putting her paw in stuff and this is up her cat alley. The toy stays together when I pick it up to clean. Glad for that. Not sure why this is "2.0". There are high spots she has to push to get the ball over. Seems like a level surface and faster ball would be more exciting? I got the scratcher too which I'm surprised she likes. Overall it has been a successful toy and I'd get more parts for her.
Cats couldn't have cared less

My cats wouldn't even come within 10' feet of it. No interest whatsoever!
