Questions & Answers

3 Customer Questions

how does one fill the toy? 1 treat at a time? the bottom does not unscrew, the father comes out but is closed to the inside and too small for treats anyway.

Answer by ChewyAug 04, 2021
Twist the cap open to fill the toy with your furry friend’s favorite treats.

How do you clean the toy? Is there a way to remove the plastic bottom entirely? I washed with soap and water but there’s water still caught in the base (you can hear when you shake it) and I don’t want mold to form

Answer by ChewySep 17, 2021
The only removable part to the Hunt n Swat is the tail. This does not have the ability to take the bottom off without damaging the toy.

Just got this today.... how do you adjust the difficulty/open the hole at the bottom?! I know to pull the feather up to fill it, but I can't get the dispensing hole exposed for the life of me...does it take some elbow grease to twist or am i just doing it totally wrong....?

Answer by ChewyApr 08, 2021
To adjust the level of difficulty, you can twist the base of the tumbler to change the size of the holes where the treats are dispensed.

Our cats drink more water now which means they will be healthier.

It’s quiet. I should have took a picture of all 5 of our cats staring at it when we first put it out for them. They love to drink from it and it helps keep our cats

This was a miss for my clowder

GusGus loves to chase his food, so I thought an interactive feeder would be fun for him. He doesn’t even sniff at it. Neither do my girls. I guess I’ll just have

My dude Phantom Muspah loves to play. Feathers are really enticing to him. This thing did not hold his interest even for a second. Which sucks because I had such high hopes for this cute dude! Plus the treats lightweight struggle to get out when knocked around. I would know that because I was the one playing with it on the floor the longest. It’s cute though!

I had more fun with it than the cat

I wanted my cat to like it soooo bad! I was super excited to get it in the mail but unfortunately my cat just didn’t like it. the toy works great. Treats come out

I wanted my cat to like it soooo bad! I was super excited to get it in the mail but unfortunately my cat just didn’t like it. the toy works great. Treats come out easy and feathers really get the cats attention. Screw off top for the treats. My cat just bit the feathers off and never paid attention to it again she prefers toys that move but that’s not the toys fault. It’s the cutest toy ever I just wish my cat liked it.
