KONGs are easy to keep clean and top-shelf dishwasher safe. Caretakers should regularly examine toys and look for cracks, separations and/or missing pieces. Inspect KONG rubber toys by flexing the rubber when it is dry. Loose pieces larger than a food nugget can be harmful if swallowed so make sure to remove or replace damaged or worn toys.
I have a 9 year old grumpy cat and a 7 year old scardy cat. They are both very spoiled and kinda plump. My 7 year old Bear LOVES to play and hunt. He figured it out just fine. Grumpy Oddball is another story. He's quite set in his ways and not only did he not want to work for his food but he followed me around screaming at me the whole time giving me evil looks. I wouldn't recommend these to older cats....unless you're prepared to get yelled at. LOL
Great for my chubby cat.

I have a very food motivated cat. He is on a strict diet and often complains about being hungry. I can pop a few kibbles in there between meals and he gets a bit of exercise in addition to feeling a bit fuller until mealtime. It isn't too complicated, and even my less food motivated cats enjoy it.
Meh, not impressed

It was cheap so I’m not really that upset but it’s nothing like the Kong dog treater I had. The treats fall right out! Of course, the kittens appreciate it but it’s not very challenging for them. I was hoping for something a bit tougher to get treats out.
Does the job

This only has one larger opening. If the toy had multiple smaller openings or just one smaller opening it would make it harder for my cats to get the treats out. They get all the treats out quickly. I was hoping it would keep my cats stimulated for a longer period of time.

Bought this ball for our Pomeranian puppy since most of the other puzzles are too big for her. It’s perfect size for her and she LOVES rolling this around to get her kibble out.
We love it!

Took a little bit of time for my cats to figure out why this was more fun than a regular ball, but once they did they batted it all over the place and gobbled up the treats and sharing for once!

definitely gets my kitten working hard and playing with it once he realizes there are treats inside. there hasn't been anything wrong with it, would recommend!
cats are liking this

So far so good. I bought this because my dogs have loved similar items in the past. My cats aren't as receptive as the dogs, but they still have enjoyed this so far.

I didn't think they would really like it but they surprised me by picking it up and getting a piece at a time of the treat

Treats come out too fast. I give a limited amount of treats per week. The cat dosnt think this play lasts long enough!
