Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs extra-lean beef stew meat
- 3/4 lb baby golden potatoes
- 2 large carrots
- 2 large celery stalks
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 1/2 cups no-salt beef broth, divided (without garlic and onions, which are toxic to dogs)

Instructions
- Cut beef into 3/4-inch cubes and sauté using Instant Pot’s sauté setting on high until evenly browned. Hit cancel to reset Instant Pot once complete.
- Dice potatoes, celery, and carrots into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Add veggies and 4 cups beef broth to the Instant Pot, mixing with the sautéed beef until well combined. Close and lock lid, adjust pressure to high and set time for 30 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure.
- Select high sauté setting and bring to a boil. Whisk together flour and remaining broth and add to stew. Stir frequently until slightly thickened (about 3–4 minutes).
- Stir in peas until heated through, about 1 minute more.
- Turn off Instant Pot and ladle stew into a bowl. Cool before serving.
