The top platform snapped off after only a few uses by my 18 lbs cat, it is not sturdy and even my 11 lbs cat being on it made me nervous. On top of that. None of them use the hammock. It looks pretty, probably great for kittens, but it's not safe for full-grown cats, especially if you have larger breeds or obese cats.

The 3 columns support the second ledge. But the top ledge needs another support column. My cat really wants to go on this but the pole only supports her weight on that one side. Top ledge becomes slanted once cat is on top ledge. It's very nice besides that issue. It's not used because she doesn't trust it and jumps off.
