Strangled my baby buyers beware

This toy was such a source of joy and entertainment for my high energy cats for a good few months, until it strangled my cat! I keep it in the closet for supervised

This toy was such a source of joy and entertainment for my high energy cats for a good few months, until it strangled my cat! I keep it in the closet for supervised playtime only when I myself am playing with them, and they looooved it, until just now, right before my eyes my cat rolled with it in his mouth, playing, as he does, and it twisted around his neck and into knots around the feather teaser, he’s super fluffy so it was hard to get my finger under the string and it was so tight it was strangling him!!!! Good thing he trusts me because he let me carry him to the kitchen and after a few stressfull moments I was able to untangle just enough slack to barely get the scissors to cut it. The string is soo strong it was a difficult problem to tackle. I cut the string into tiny pieces and broke the toy and tossed it outside in the trash out of anger. Not worth the risk. What if it was tighter and caused real harm?!!! What if my baby ran away and it caught on something and snapped his ______ ugh!!! I can’t even bear to think about it. Buyers beware. My baby is okay. Heres a photo of him doing just fine.

Amazing product idea! My cats were ecstatic to play with this and I LOVED the idea but the quality was not the best. Package was partially opened when I got it, cheap string that rips if barely touched by cats claw/teeth, and cheap plastic. If better quality I would’ve easily given 5 stars.

Cats love that I can cast this across the room.

Love this more than the others that are just a plain stick.. Would rather have leather tassels as feathers sont last long

Not what we were hoping for

Just very disappointed in how it works. Very cheap. String tangles easy and it doesn’t allow you to cast the toy far. The kitties were not impressed

Easy to use, cats love it.

It's made well, casts well, cats chase it, especially if waved through the air. And it's easy for me, since I can stay in one place and play.

This is by far my cat's favorite toy! The feathers unfortunately fall out if your cat plays rough like mine, but replacements are easy to find.

I love this but my cat has a habit of chewing the string. It's not a thick string so if your cat also chews string they might cut it.

Went to all that trouble to make a real fishing pole, rig and toy (bait) on it, just to make it unusable with whatever that is attempting to be a reel. Casts about

Went to all that trouble to make a real fishing pole, rig and toy (bait) on it, just to make it unusable with whatever that is attempting to be a reel. Casts about 2 feet. From the chair to the floor. May put a real mini reel on it and rework it, but for now it is already "cast" aside
