How do I get the refillable ball out of the track?

The top and bottom of the track can be separated. It's joined together in the center by clipping lock. I've attached an image for reference.

Will the ball come out with rough play?

The holes are designed to be small enough on the circle to prevent the ball from escaping during play time.

What is the difference in size between small & large?

The small one is 9.5 inches long, 3.5 inches wide, and 10 inches tall. The large one is 17 inches long, 3.5 inches wide, and 17.5 inches tall.

Not worth it

The ball inside the track broke almost instantly. Just split in half. Do yourself a favor and buy a different model.

I think it is one of the best cat toys for many young and older kitties. And kitties will play with it on their own . I still have my original one from 20 years ago. It looks new and has seen many hours of play. A good investment.
