my cats just love this 3 level playpen and so do I!!! doors open like kitchen cabinets open easy to put cat in and out we put it by a window and move the curtain my crazy orange kitty love love loves it and he is a jumper too so he enjoys the top shelf. we used tie wraps to secure the shelves because my kitty is a bit of wild boy just a suggestion for extra safely and security plus the turquoise litter box sold here too fits great on the 1st level A must have for any kitty family and the water bottles inside and outside allow both inside playpen kitty and outside kitty to drink at same time

This is a high quality product and a fantastic value. IMO, one of the best I looked at and eventually purchased. The Chewy video made it easy to put together so definitely watch it before unpacking. Package was delivered fast in great condition. I am really impressed by the Playpen overall. The cushions are much nicer than expected. I have to add zip ties in a couple gap spots as others mentioned and my husband is going to put the wheels on it so I warned him about the comments that said the screws were small. I’m so excited to bring my girls on the patio with me! They are indoor cats only and like to go outside in the stroller. This provides them with more space to lounge. I purchased this playpen for a feral kitten I'm fostering. He is still too tiny to jump from perch-to-perch and I had to put a small box at the opening (like a front porch) to make it a little easier to get in and out, but these challenges will be short lived as he grows. Using the tips from other reviews, I installed the wheels before I constructed the sides and it was not too difficult. I was able to put everything together without assistance. It is a great design and will be easy to move from room to room if I desire. This will be a very useful pen for tiny TJ until he gets adopted and will be suitable for temporary containment of any larger cats or kittens down the road. I'm glad I decided to make this purchase. This cat playpen is sturdy, roomy, and I was able to assemble it by myself, but would be a piece of cake for two people to assemble. If you have assembled a dog crate, this goes together in a similar manner. The base is large enough to hold a large size litter box. I sewed a cover for it myself and am ready for my next rescue cat.

They like the different shelf levels, and I partially cover it with a blanket so they feel they are in a cave. Though the instructions say that putting it together is a 2 person job, I assembled it alone. Assembly is pretty easy but watch out for finger pinching points. The finished cage is a little loose and rattly so I used zip ties at the side and corner meeting points to stabilize it. That made it pretty solid and movable without rattling noise and the feeling it was about to fall apart. Easy to put together. Large crate/pen and sturdy. We just have one kitten in it and he has plenty of room. He loves jumping the on the different levels. We also bought the water bottle and food dish to hang on the side. We don’t feel guilty when we leave and have to put him in it. We know he will have a comfortable place to sleep and he will have everything he needs.

We recently were adopted by 2 kittens, and were trying to come up with a game plan to welcome them into our home of 2 senior cats (one is blind) and a 2yr old pup. This playpen has been GREAT! Plenty of room for them to play, and for their food, water and a small litter box. Very sturdy and very easy access. There are 2 sets of double doors, top and bottom, which makes it very easy to keep clean. After playtime, our kitties love the quiet retreat.

When you're fostering, you want your foster cats to have a safe place to go when they're not having free time or when you're asleep and not able to watch them. This cage is the best purchase I've made. The cage easily set up (although it was a little tough with one person). I don't really like the way the cushions hook on, but you can leave them off (it makes it easier to sanitize daily anyway). Great purchase!

This was a complete waste of money. It took 3 people to assemble it - which is the only reason I didn’t return it. My cats stay at the bottom because the platforms are not wide enough to hold them. It would be fine for kittens maybe. But I have grown full-figured cats. The covers also slip easily when they jumped off so it seems unstable to them. So they just stay at the bottom. I have another enclosure that is larger so this is just a waste of space.

Feral cat lady of the neighborhood...such an abundance of kittens this year.Doing what I can to help.This cage was the "cats meow".Made my life easier at a good price and gives the little munchkins room to exercise.Pads clean up well.Good buy.Also purchased the corner litter pan and the feeding bowls.
