As with many comments that others have provided, the filters fit in a rather odd way. My biggest complaint is that for some reason, they get gummy after a week and

As with many comments that others have provided, the filters fit in a rather odd way. My biggest complaint is that for some reason, they get gummy after a week and bring the water flow for the fountain down to a trickle. In order to assure the cats are getting their water, I have to leave these out of the filter compartment.

Assembly was a little tricky but eventually I got it after about 15 minutes. Cat didn't love it at first, anything new is weird of course. It's very heavy but it

Assembly was a little tricky but eventually I got it after about 15 minutes. Cat didn't love it at first, anything new is weird of course. It's very heavy but it seems to be working out. Sort of prefer my cats old fountain but it was plastic and I wanted to switch to ceramic. Fountain feature is not very dramatic and my cat likes running water. It's good quality though
