Is it possible to just buy the lid flap? I got one years ago on sale at a store because it didn't have one

I can't tell from the picture you attached to the previous question asked....does the lid hang over the bottom pan to avoid the urine from a vertical pee-er from seeping out between the top and bottom

Does this box have the hang over protection inside where the lid meets the pan, to stop the urine from leaking right out onto the side of the box and the floor ?

Size was good for my needs

I put this litter box inside a deck box I had bought and cut an entrance hole. My cats have a pet door and a Purrfect Fence. I don’t want them pooping/peeing in

I put this litter box inside a deck box I had bought and cut an entrance hole. My cats have a pet door and a Purrfect Fence. I don’t want them pooping/peeing in the dirt or gravel so I made this outdoor litter box. They use it but the urine sticks to the bottom and it’s unbelievably difficult to scoop out.

I needed a litter box for my new cat because the old one I had broke. After spending 3 days looking through everything, I realized this one was perfectly priced

When it got here it was very easy to set up and of good quality. I'm really enjoying it and the cat likes it. Not too big. Not too small, just the right size. Good investment

Sorry I bought it.

I'm 74 and it's too heavy for me to lift up onto the table to clean it. I have a bad back. I can't lift the box without feeling like the top is going to come off

I'm 74 and it's too heavy for me to lift up onto the table to clean it. I have a bad back. I can't lift the box without feeling like the top is going to come off and spill all over the carpet. It's not a tight closing box on the right side. The left side clips on more securely. Also the cat has knocked off the swinging door twice already. I wish I had my old litter box but they don't make it anymore. It was cracked around the rim and that made me nervous.

It looked sturdy

I bought it & it did not disappoint! At 1st it didn't clip on to the bottom but if you clip it and then pick it up by the handle that seems to lock it in so this

Top does NOT clip onto bottom

The clips do not click into the bottom. The top is practically loose and is not flush against the bottom. Wouldn’t be surprised if pee gets into the crevice

Helped stop my cat from pooping outside the box.

My cat has a pretty long body and he wouldn't turn around in the standard size box, so his butt would hang out when he pooped. Nothing outside the box since switching

INJURY WARNING!!!

See the gap that is circled in the picture? Last night my kitten jumped on top of the box & got his foot stuck in there. What made it an absolute nightmare was that

See the gap that is circled in the picture? Last night my kitten jumped on top of the box & got his foot stuck in there. What made it an absolute nightmare was that the rest of his body weight was on the flap itself, pressing down & effectively trapping his foot. He went crazy from severe pain & being stuck - thank God I was nearby to hear his extremely screechy, in-pain meows & immediately lift the flap & lift him up & out. Luckily & most importantly, he was ok after about 5 minutes, though I’m left with major bites & scratches on my arm. I shudder to think of the outcome had I not been nearby in the house - or even home at all - to help him as fast as I did. Do not buy this unless/until they change the design - this is a major hazard.
