Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 90 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

I’m really disappointed and unhappy about this product! Even after using for fleas and ticks my little guy comes in from just going out to do his business in a designated rock pit just for this purpose & ticks crawling on him. He’s never in a wooded area and walks are in a parking lot around our condo building. There is 1 tree not even covering 10% of rock area so how he’s coming in with ticks after using this product is beyond me. The only conclusion is that it doesn’t work! So I’m assuming that when the cats go out for a walk they are at risk of ticks also even with the tick medicine. Sure wish I’d checked reviews or talked to other pet parents before wasting $230 as now I’m gonna have to try something else!
I stopped using Frontline MANY years ago because it stopped working on fleas. It IS good for ticks though. Decided to give it one more try due to safety factors for a toy breed dog. Two weeks later and he’s still scratching and I find a flea or two every time I comb and/or bathe him. The rest of my large dogs get Advantix and have no issues. Very frustrating. I finally just bought an all-natural peppermint spray to use for a month until I can dose the toy dog with another product.
Everything was almost ok. One of the treatment packs was completely empty. Didn’t realize it until I snapped the top and went to apply to my dog. I checked the others and they are fine. Frontline, you should send me another dose!! These are not cheap!
This product is NOT working. We have struggled with fleas on my dog for the last 2 months. This product worked well for a different dog I had in the past but it no longer works--Wasted my money!!
I placed this on my yorkie on April 21st and today 2 weeks to the day my dog is infested with fleas. It hasn’t worked and if anything made things worse. I will be going back to the seresto collar.
I gave one to my 22 lb pound dog after a bath, and the next morning he had a seizure. I had bathed both my dogs and gave them the Frontline+. My 70 lb.dog has had no effects thus far.
I have followed the instructions exactly and my dog got an infestation of fleas. My vet said that chewable are better for flea control than frontline or other topical products.
It was hard to open and then most of it drained out before I could get it applied. Needed to use the second one in order to ensure my puppy had full coverage.
This is what we use for ticks mostly we have never had an issue with fleas in our area I hope this remains the same because it is a great alternative for having my dogs NOT to have to eat the other products offered.
Chewy is the absolute best company I have ever dealt with. They give me fantastic service. Every agent I've ever spoken with is so informative and extremely friendly.
