I received my Chewy order and I buy the prescription food. It comes sealed. I opened both cases and found badly damaged cans. I contacted Chewy and they did ask how many were damaged. All were damaged but only 5 were unusable. I was refunded in full for the unusable ones. The other case has all of the cans that have labels that aren’t sticking on the cans. I bet this is a manufacturer problem not a Chewy problem. Im not thrilled with this order but felt Chewy dis refund what I asked for. In the future if I receive another order like this I will probably go elsewhere to buy my cats food.

I bought this because one of my 3 cats was overweight and had frequent urinary symptoms that seemed painful. The vet prescribed the dry food and the wet food. It worked well. She stated that I should probably feed the other 2 cats the same food to avoid the urinary issues. The formula works so well, my non-fat cats look too thin. It smells good. It doesn't stink and they all like it. The wet cat food actually does look like stew. I am very happy it has kept my cats healthy.

Great cat food

My cat enjoys this food and remains full and satisfied unlike when he ate royal canin(royal canin is awful btw) I will always get my kitty hills dry and wet food!

something has changed with the metabolic wet food recipe.

My baby wont touch anything with metabolic in it...and it use to be her favorite food. Something had to have changed in the recipe.

Chunks are too big.

I wish they had more flavors of the prescription foods from Science Diet. And also offered a variety pack. My cat does not like the big chunks so I chop them up

I wish they had more flavors of the prescription foods from Science Diet. And also offered a variety pack. My cat does not like the big chunks so I chop them up. She is not a big fan of this can food but she has to be on it for her health. Science Diet has been the only food I 100% trust for my cats and my dogs & have fed them it for many years.

Our two cats were getting a little pudgy and have been on the c/d multicare food for several years. I was glad to see Hills came out with a metabolic version, like their dry c/d food. My cats took took the metabolic version right away from a taste perspective. They do seem to be hungry sooner after eating it but that should level off once their systems adjust to the lower calories.

My cat hates it. Wasted money on a 24 can case for nothing. Its supposed to be prescribed to cats with UTI/crystal issues and has rice in it! So much for being low carb. My cat refused to eat it, basically starved himself all day until I went and bought the other prescription food (Royal Canin) and I tried to buy the Royal Canin S/O index satiety support from chewy but they told me they didn't carry it, even though I FOUND IT ON THE WEBSITE. Argued with chewy reps back and forth for a whole day and still didn't get the prescribed food that I wanted and that they carry and the only kind my cat will eat! (Royal Canin Saitey Support S/O Index) Won't be purchasing anything from this company again. The rep on the phone tried to treat me like I didn't know what my cat was actually prescribed and what they carried. Not impressed or satisfied
