Issues with a couple packets so far.

My dog likes it this the 4 stars. However, I found 1) bag so far puffed out and I know that’s not a good sign and it’s happened before with these packets. 1) packet

Very disapointed

The last couple shipments I received I’ve had puffed up bags when opened the food is sour. I’ve also had bags that have been slightly torn in the seam at the top

With the money you pay for the special food it’s a very disappointing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with pet food.

Check packages upon arrival

I didn’t open the box when they arrived. I open single pouch of food and it smelled horrible and the color was brown. I noticed one row of pouches were not sealed

I didn’t open the box when they arrived. I open single pouch of food and it smelled horrible and the color was brown. I noticed one row of pouches were not sealed properly and food juices came out the top of all 12 pouches. So the machine that sealed those, malfunctioned and quality missed it before shipping Contacting chewy to make it right. These are pricy chewy will make it right I will update if I have a problem I can add a photo too

I give C/D diet dry kibble in the morning & I give this wet porch in the evening mixed with other food such as rice, beef or fresh dog food since the porch is very small portion & a little bit watery. The porch contains omega-3 & other vitamins so I don’t need to add other supplements unlikely just give dry food
