She loves the taste!

Our dog recently had to switch to a "kidney care" diet, which means prescription food and absolutely no human food. We have always given her human food also but we had to stop so these treats really supplement her diet without hurting the good being done by the prescription food. And she loves them. We put them in a kong and it keeps her busy for awhile while we eat or snack.

Doesn’t love them

Our vet gives these and when our dog is at the vet she gobbles them up enthusiastically. She was having chronic intermittent diarrhea and was finally switched to Hills Biome prescription diet which worked like a charm. We stopped giving most treats, so was looking for a new treat that wouldn’t lead to diarrhea. These treats agree with her, but at home she’s not too interested in them. I guess it’s the excitement of being at the vet that has her gobbling them up while we are there. At home she’s not particularly interested in these treats. They don’t give her diarrhea, but I don’t think I will buy again for home use. She’s just not that interested in them.

Happy she loves them

I was concerned that my dog might not like them being that they are a diet treat. Thankfully she loves them. I'm glad that I could find a treat for her that she loves and it is right for her diet.

Crunchy treats rock!

My small yorkiepoo likes them. She gets excited after a walk knowing she will get a treat! She does love the soft bake much better, but she also enjoys these.

Wishing for smaller size

By the time I get this treat broken down to an appropriate size for my tiny girl most of the treat is dust :( and I get maybe 4 to 5 decent sized pieces for her to eat comfortably the bag I have equals 3 of the normal size treat the rest was dust I had to get a picture of her trying to eat the normal size all I could do was laugh on the inside because the treats are huge she likes them and the only thing she done with the normal size treat was lick it because it’s TOO BIG!! Can you guys make a smaller size

Need a larger size!

My medium size 40 pound dog loves them but refuses to chew it! She just swallows them whole and I'm afraid to give them to her. The Treat is too small to force her to chew it and I believe too large to be swallowed whole! She is the same way with her kibble, just gulps it down. But at least that's small and round enough to do no harm. Besides it would be nice if the dog were able to get something out of the treat!

Unapproved by my local German Shepherd Board of Approvers

My dogs had one after going outside to do business. The second time it was reluctantly taken. The third time it was dropped on the floor in protest, as they patiently waited for something different. There was no other treat so i just left it there on the floor. It was carried throughout the house by the dogs while they followed me, just in case i changed my mind and they wanted to trade. I don't know why they aren't impressed but it doesn't work for training.

They ate 2.....and walked away.....

Another disaster. They looks like little penises and the dogs hate them. So happy I flushed $200. I wonder if the coyotes will eat these things?

Hills prescription I/D 'original dog treats

Chewy was the only place that I could find these treats. My vet did not have them and I requested their office to write a prescription, which they do not normally do because they do not deal with chewy. Delivery was fast. My concern is that Hills is going to stop making their original treats and replace with some sort of others which my dog is not going to enjoy as much as their original treats.

Not sure of product

I ordered these treats from Chewy Because my vet couldn’t get them as they were on back order from Hills Science. Although they were my dogs favorite treat for her sensitive stomach, she will not eat them, and I bought 3 bags. Not sure if Hills is using a different recipe?
