Don't buy this without first testing how your cat reacts to spray bottle

I bought 2 bottles of this product hoping it would help me get thick matts out of my old boy cat's fur. Each time I have tried to use it he has run off because

I bought 2 bottles of this product hoping it would help me get thick matts out of my old boy cat's fur. Each time I have tried to use it he has run off because of the sound of the pump spray, and it makes him wet. I'm hoping that he gets used to it. I don't know if it works or not; he doesn't stay long enough for me to give it a go. Meanwhile, I can't find anywhere on the website to initiate a return of the second unopened bottle.

Nice smelling garbage

I have 2 sisters (felines) that are pushing 17 years. One of them has recently had a lot of issues with matting and tangles, despite an increase in brushings. So

I have 2 sisters (felines) that are pushing 17 years. One of them has recently had a lot of issues with matting and tangles, despite an increase in brushings. So I thought this spray may assist with detangling some of the issues I was experiencing. After 3 attempts, on the same spot, there was no improvement, other than that particular area smelled better for the next 24 hours. All in all, don't bother. Use a comb instead.
