We've tried others that had whole sunflower seeds, but the black sunflower shells make a big mess around our critter feeder. Every seed in this version is eaten by one or another of the animals we feed. Truly no waste.

We purchased this product hoping to eliminate the seed sprouting that we experienced with other bird foods. This product was an improvement with less seed sprouting

No perfection on this earth but we'll continue to try other feeds to see if we can reduce sprouting further.

No Mess Food

I bought this as I thought it would be better than the seeded kind. It's good but we get too much rain in Florida, so it clumps together if the rain hits it sideways

I bought this as I thought it would be better than the seeded kind. It's good but we get too much rain in Florida, so it clumps together if the rain hits it sideways. I will use it up as I mix it with my seeded food and that will help. If you have a covered patio that would be better.
