Tug, toss and chew favorite
By ToyDestroyer on Jan 20, 2021
My 6 month old fox hound/retriever mix puppy has turned into a toy destroyer. She is not sorry! She adores her Kong Floppy Knots fox. She enjoyed squeeking it and it is her favorite for tug, fetch, playing alone and chewing. She seems to love the texture of the fabric and the rope as if it were a bully stick. This is the first toy that she tosses around and plays with on her own. She chewed the ears off on day 1, exhausting work and she had to nap with the toy (see cute pic). It took her several days of dedicated effort to remove the first squeeker and stuffing from the torso. She was surprised to discover it still squeeked. It was nice that she entertained herself. She still loves this toy, just rope and fabric after a week, for tug and toss. I supervise her efforts and she did not try to eat the stuffing or squeekers, just very focused on getting them. I will buy her more in this style as it was so engaging for her. … more

Cute but didn't last a day
By Emi84 on Jan 15, 2021
We have a new 9 month old adoptee and a 10 year old lab. We didn't keep many dog toys in the house for many years for the older dog and now I'm starting to recall its because he destroyed many of them. I bought the Kong Scrunch Knots Raccoon and Kong Floppy Knots large pink bunny and they both had holes in them within about 15 minutes. The Raccoon is in a little worse shape than the bunny but I can probably sew the hole shut and give it back to them. The bunny has been ripped open, squeaker removed and the knots pulled a bit, but still good for play and they love it. If I were to buy another kong knots toy, it would probably be the bunny, which I may have to do so they stop fighting over the We have a new 9 month old adoptee and a 10 year old lab. Our puppy loves it!
By puppyparent on Jan 24, 2021
Our 6 month old pup loves this toy. She has the rabbit version, but I was only given the option to write a review for the fox. It's durable for chewing and playing, and has held up better than loads of other toys. The squeaker has collapsed, but she can't get to it. And since this is really more for chewing, it doesn't really matter. Our little weirdo also loves to 'suck' on the long ears, so this toy ticks a lot of boxes for her. Will be ordering another just to have it in our toy 'reserves.'

Dogs love this toy.
By Jagger on Jan 22, 2021
Kona and puppy Jagger love this toy. They chew it, tug it and prance around with it. They are large GSDs but are not aggressive chewers. Our previous GSD would have thought this was something interesting to dismember. However it does take a beating and so far it's great. Have a smaller version as well that has also survived several months so far. They find the rope parts satisfying to chew but as I said they are not destroyers.

Hard to Distroy?
By EverlastingNothing on Jan 15, 2021
I can not in all honesty say that this toy was hard for my dog to take apart. I had hopes for it 1. becuase of the Kong Brand and 2. it lasted a whole 3 days before my dog figured out where the weak spot was. Yes the weak spot is where the company logo patch was sawn on. Once he found that, he had all of it taken apart on a matter of minutes and I was removing stuffing off the floor just after. It was clever for Kong to put 2 squeakers in there. He had the second squeaker out in a matter of hours.

My Puppy's FAVORITE!
By JennaRN on Jan 15, 2021
THIS IS A MUST! We got the bunny version for my 8 wk old mini Australian Shepherd pup and she loves this toy! Its amazing to play tug with (big enough to hold and not get your hands bitten but small enough for her to bite onto), light enough for fetch, has a squeaker to catch her attention, and is strong against her little puppy SHARK TEEF! Someone had recommended it to me on a FB group page as a MUST GET toy and they were right - you won't regret spending the money either!

Must be something special
By Felicia on Dec 31, 2020
This was my dog Cash’s first Christmas. He loved opening his gifts and got a few toys, this being one of them. The other poor toys he enjoyed and within 24 hours they were all in shreds. I don’t k ow what it is about this one. He chewed the fox’s ears off, but he just carries him around. He gives it to me or the kids to play a short game of tug, but takes is back to his bed, INTACT!!!! It’s so cute! Even if he had of shredded it, I still think it would have been worth the money. The toy is very well make, can take a lot of tugging and hold up well. My dog drags me across the floor with it and not the first rip in it yet (and crept the ears as previously mentioned.) This toy is worth the money
By JustVal on Jan 8, 2021
The only way this toy gets better for me is to remove all the stuffing from it. Our puppy is a power chewer and although this toy no longer resembles a fox in the slightest (that took all of a week), we've been able to slowly gut this and dismantle the parts he was chewing/swallowing/tearing off easily. We've now had the toy for a few months, the longest one has lasted in our house in the 5 months we've had our pup. The rope inside is SUPER durable (while supervised of course), and we're still using it to play chase/tug with.

Didn't last 7 days
By DockDogsMom on Jan 8, 2021
I have a lab/Dane mix dog. I thought this toy would go the mile as it's got very little stuffing and was primarily rope inside. Unfortunately my dog got the ears off in about 20 minutes but it took a few days to get the arm off. I was able to retie it inside but after a couple more days he had the head off, squeaker out, and was able to chew through all the ropes. This would probably work for a smaller dog or one that doesn't aggressively chew toys.

Absolutely worth it!
By Kristen on Jan 15, 2021
I have a Husky and an Aussie Shepherd. Neither one are particularly destructive, but I need toys that will last them a long time. They both tend to get attached to their toys and they definitely notice when I have to throw one away because it's just too far gone. You really can't go wrong with Kong. This was a replacement for another Kong toy I bought my dogs over a year ago that got lost.
