This toy is made in China . However, it's designed and tested in the US.

I tried washing it and moisture has built up between the two layers of plastic. How can this be dried and how should I be cleaning it?

Since this toy has a squeaker, there is always a chance that water can enter through the hole at the end. We recommend trying to tilt the toy on one end to see if any water will exit from the hole on the other end of the toy. For cleaning you can use a damp cloth or soft brush to clean. Try not to submerge completely in water.
