Problem with packaging

My birds all love Nutri-berries so the product itself was fine. One of the bags had been improperly sealed so by the time they made it to our house part of the bag

My birds all love Nutri-berries so the product itself was fine. One of the bags had been improperly sealed so by the time they made it to our house part of the bag had emptied into the box. Fortunately we were able to recover most of it but I was surprised this had not been caught either as the factory or at your facility. The rest of the shipment was fine.

It's a good product

I give my cockatoo different sizes, just because. He wastes a lot of food. I cut the big size in half. What chips away I put in his treat bowl. I do the same

After 27 years, Sunny is excited about his food.

We tried Lafeber's El Paso NUTRI-BERRIES, introducing it to our 27 year old cockatiel Sunny. Sunny does not like change, but after 4 hours of staring at the berries

We tried Lafeber's El Paso NUTRI-BERRIES, introducing it to our 27 year old cockatiel Sunny. Sunny does not like change, but after 4 hours of staring at the berries like they were alien blobs, the magic happened. For the 1st time Sunny was excited about his food. He just kept eating and making happy sounds. The unique shape appears to have provided a exciting experience stirring a foraging behavior. Personally I love that the Nutri-berries have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Sunny just likes them because they taste great and are fun to eat. Moose also gives his approval. Our golden mix tested one I accidentally dropped.

Wish "berries" were smaller

My parakeet was very interested in this food however the “berries” are too big for him, so they would be at the bottom of his cage daily. He isn’t one to go down

My parakeet was very interested in this food however the “berries” are too big for him, so they would be at the bottom of his cage daily. He isn’t one to go down and continue with foraging as he stays up on the perches therefore the food ends up being wasted. I ended up crumbling them (which was a wee bit challenging) and put in his dish which went over better. He was able to actually eat it and pick off what he wanted. I love that the food is packed with nutrients, natural foods, and made in the USA. I just wish the size of the “berries” were a bit smaller.
