This shampoo smells AMAZING but is not over powering!its perfect for puppies , being 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner makes for a one stop shop. The oatmeal formula is perfect for sensitive skin. It is PH balanced so it doesnt irritate skin! It suds up reallt well to a nice lather and leaves my puppy smelling fresh and clean as well as looking clean and having a nice soft coat.

There is no need to put it in a plastic bag - especially as the bottle itself is secured by a foam sticker. I highly recommend this product, but hope they get rid of the plastic bag as it's superfluous.

My poodle has very sensitive skin, so I'm always careful about the products I use. We've been using this shampoo for a while now, and it's been AMAZING!!! No itching, redness, or irritation at all. His coat feels incredibly soft, clean, and shiny after every bath. I was honestly nervous to try a new brand because of his sensitive skin, but this one exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be repurchasing!
