We ordered this item at the recommendation of a veterinarian physical therapist to help build and retain muscle in our aging doodle. He suffered a spinal injury and thankfully is doing really well but we need to make sure we keep as much muscle mass as possible to help him recover and ensure he continues to be able to be as active as he can. I can’t speak to how well it’s working, we are newly using it, but I can say he loves it and hasn’t had any stomach issues, a common problem for him, However, be prepared for the smell. It has a very fishy smell to it. Again, pup loves it, mom not so much but we’ll do what needs to be done for him.

My vet recommended this in conjunction with acupuncture, pain meds, and glucosamine for my 12 year old mixed breed. Like with all supplements it takes time, this isn't an overnight fix. But we just started our 3rd container and I'm definitely seeing improvement (actually started to about 1/2 way through 2nd container). His legs aren't shaking, he's more confident and stronger going up stairs, and we even did some running on his nightly walk and he took off! It takes time, please give it 6-8 weeks to start to show improvement. But definitely helping and I'm weaning him off pain meds.

I haven't been using this long enough to know if it works or not. I just finished my first container and I agree with the other customer who says this product does not contain 60 scoops. Mine had 54 scoops. This company either has quality control issues or integrity issues. It makes me hesitant to try any of their other products.

Have almost finished the jar and see no discernible difference

I’m not sure what the hype is about. This did nothing demonstrable for my 18-year-old. I was hoping this would help him regain some muscle tone that has been lost

I’m not sure what the hype is about. This did nothing demonstrable for my 18-year-old. I was hoping this would help him regain some muscle tone that has been lost from lack of activity. I think I would have been better off purchasing a single ingredient, green lipped mussel powder, and $60 worth of fresh eggs.

My vet recommends this for my senior's muscle support. I am able to coax my dog to eat this with meals ONLY if I use a half dose AND put it in the bottom of the pan so the smell doesn't repell him from eating altogether. As a topper, the meal would be ruined. I hope the half-dose helps him. The price point is so high, too; it's a shame! Not sure I can afford to take good care of him.

Great and easy on the stomach

Great product for hip joints. My dog has a sensitive stomach and he has no problem with this.

60 Scoops? No 48 level scoops.

Got 48 level scoops, only 24 days' worth, out of 1st container. Second container is tracking the same. What is going on? Shrinkflation?
