There will be an expiration date printed on the bag to reference. Once opened, dry foods typically will keep for six weeks, depending on the condition it is kept. We recommend storing food in an air-tight container if possible.

I'm always trying to optimize the diet of my 5 cats. When it comes to dry food, it can be difficult to find a balance of healthy, appropriate price, and bulk size. Out of all the ones I've looked at, I chose this food because it has the best ingredient and nutrition analysis for the price, and I can order 28lbs at a time. It's also accessible in local stores if I need some in a pinch. My cats all eat it fine.

By the time it arrived at my front door, there was a giant split down the middle of the bag of cat food. I wish that I had thought to take a picture before cleaning it up and salvaging the food.
