We are in Florida they seem well designed and should not make them too hot out of the water. None of them like to swim. Bought them to use on the boat for when we are deep sea fishing Incase one slips overboard. People always say dogs can swim, yes but for how long tell found. Highly recommend these Dawson dog life vest.
