    Slow Feeder Bowl

By Kanine on Apr 14, 2021

I bought this bowl because my dog wipes out his food bowl fairly quickly. This, indeed, has slowed him down a bit and, interestingly, he does not push food out of the bowl while eating like he used to. I was pleasantly surprised to find this bowl is easy to clean. Great purchase!!

    Not for us.

    By Smada5 on Mar 31, 2021

Our black lab Buster didn't want anything to do with this bowl, he looks at the bowl and us and says why? We gave it a good try for about a week and he just wouldn't eat from it and would try to tip it over. It was smaller then I thought it would be and to hold 2 cups it fills over the top. I gave it 4 stars because it's a good idea not just for us.

    This Does Work!

By IndianaReader on Mar 9, 2021

Our Irish Wolfhound would inhale his food and then often vomit totally unchewed and undigested food immediately afterward. The first night, he just looked at it, and us, and refused to even try it. After a week, he is the last done with meals, and often walks away, leaving morsels uneaten, although he could get everything if he wanted. We call it a great success.

    Fun and slows her

By Worthgold on Feb 22, 2021

I bought this so my clever dog would just have something new and challenging to do while it is to cold to play outside. She is a mini Aussie and is really enjoying it. Side bonus it is really taking her longer to eat. I even put in egg in it with her food kind of spread it around. It was humorus to watch her eat it, when she was done it looked like brand new. Into the dishwasher it went and we were ready for her next meal.

    Slows down my puppy

By Becks on Apr 23, 2021

My 5 month old Mini Schnauzer was starting to gulp down his food during meal times so I got him this bowl. So far so good! It takes him about 10-15 minutes to get through his meal.

    Slowed the Boy Down

    By GeorgesMom on Mar 24, 2021 top1000Contributor

Murphy has always been a fast eater. This feeder works great. Now he’s done at the same time my regular eating pup is.

    Slow ... and NO

By BlackAndTan on Dec 10, 2020

My 10-month GSD can still inhale his food! * 1 cup in less than 4 minutes * May be successful for other dogs perhaps. I've resorted to 1/2 cup at least 5 minutes apart & then 1/4 cup in another 5 minutes. Then again this was a stray 4-month old pup that survived through a week of Parvo w/o benefit of a hospital stay.
