Is it 1/8 cup per pig per feeding?

It is recommended to feed 1/8 cup daily to each Guinea pig, in addition to unlimited grass hay to guinea pigs over the age of 6 months. Please note that these are guidelines. If your guinea pig is overweight or underweight, please contact your veterinarian or Oxbow for more specific feeding information. Seventy percent of your guinea pig's diet should be grass hay. This product is not intended for growing, active, pregnant or nursing guinea pigs. We encourage pet owners to feed Oxbow Essentials Young Guinea Pig Food during these stages of life.

ORGANIC but can cause bladder stones

We love that these pellets are organic, but the ingredients contain high calcium and high oxalates, which should be kept to minimum consumption due to contributing

We love that these pellets are organic, but the ingredients contain high calcium and high oxalates, which should be kept to minimum consumption due to contributing to and causing bladder sludge and stones in the bladder, ureters, and kidneys. Diagnostics and surgery on guinea pigs is expensive and very risky.

They fell upon this like starving wolves

I love Oxbow, but for whatever reason my 2 female piggies refused to eat this. And they are not picky eaters. I was super surprised by it. Was a total waste of

We use only oxbow products for our piggies and they have enjoyed everything 'til now ... 2 of the guinea pigs tried it and have refused to eat any more ... The third actually scraped it out of the little ceramic bowl after he tried it - maybe looking for his usual Oxbow guinea pig food ... I was surprised that none of my 3 liked it - they do have different tastes and like different veggies ... It is probably a very good quality food - they just don't like it - at all ...

Good quality, but..

My pig prefers the Garden Select food from Oxbow and barely touches this. I have to mash it or mix it with other herbs like dandelion. It does have a nice peppermint
