Hate it!

Mechanically it works fine, but the key pattern in the front is not a desirable thing to have because it's too hard to reprogram and do different things with it

It does what I need it to do.

It dispenses food, however it gives very little and it doesn't seem to matter if it fits in the 18mm for the size of kibble. The manual wasn't too helpful, but the

It dispenses food, however it gives very little and it doesn't seem to matter if it fits in the 18mm for the size of kibble. The manual wasn't too helpful, but the one on the lid was more helpful than the manual itself. There is different portion sizes but it doesn't seem to be any different amount. We normally feed him 2 times a day, but this is making us use all 6 feeding time slots to make sure he is going to get enough food within the day. Wish it had better portions that actually are true.
