This spray should be used before hikes and outdoor play dates. Mist generously on your dog's body, belly, legs, and tail, then rub the spray into their coat, repeating every 2-4 hours if needed. Not to exceed 2 applications in 24 hours.

Shake very well while you are talking to you baby asking if they are ready. I talk mine through everything because he is a very nervous fella. Anxiety. If I can talk mine through it you can to .. shake very well. Practice the mist until you figure out how to control just a tiny bit at a time. Down the back. Move forward, down one side, move forward, telling your baby good job, almost done, after each side do the tummy from back legs to the front. It's a mist, if you start in the front your baby will be breathing it before you get to the back end.. start in the back move forward. Then walk forward, let your baby know good job almost done. Are you ready to go. Cover the eyes do a light spray and say go as you remove your hand. Mine goes nuts. I have to buy this a lot each summer. I love it. It doesn't take much. Don't soak your baby. This is poison, although good it can like anything else is bad when to much. It's strong enough to kill the flea asap when the mist lands on it. I urge you, soft mist, practice first, shake very well before each mist. As you are walking forward after each light mist be shaking it. This is not a over powering smell, it's pleasant. I use it each time I take him out. I'm know this product very well. I'm not offering information after one or two uses .... I love it...

Huge tick problem

Not safe for cats

I gave this 4 stars because it isn't safe to use around cats and the label doesn't say that. It smells great and works well on my dog, but I have to use it outdoors
