I'd like to buy a training treat that doesn't decompose to dust. Had a bad experience with a different brand. Are you happy with the solid chunks of treats in this bag? Is there too much dust or crumbs of tiny pieces that are too small to use for training? Thanks in advance!
How long are the treats safe to use after opening?

All of their freeze dried products are made using a delicate process that preserves the structural and nutritional integrity of fresh whole food. Only water is removed, preserving all the characteristics and natural nutrition of fresh real food. This preservation technique helps ensure that the products have a very long shelf life vs. most other pet treats on the market.
Once a package is opened, the products inside become exposed to outside elements including oxygen and moisture. We recommend that all treats be resealed in their bags and kept at room temperature in a moisture free environment. Any exposure to moisture or excess oxygen could alter the product`s integrity. If the bag is not exposed to moisture and is well sealed, then there is no reason that they should not meet the date on the back of the packaging.
