My cat has expensive tastes but at least less puke!

My cat is pretty picky but he loves Royal Canin! Ever since trying this one, he’s been puking a lot less so I think the digestive aspect is true! I think it may have to do with the shape of the food being discs too. While it is pricier, I definitely recommend it. My friend recommended mixing it in with other dry foods her cats like and that’s been going well for me as well.

Crushed Cat Food

My cat likes eating the easy digestible Royal Canin food. However I ordered this food with a large bag of kitty litter which crushed most of the kibble. Not she is forced to eat crumbs. I wish they would have sent my order in two separate boxes.

fixed my cat!

My cat had very loose stools and frequent gas since she was a kitten. Sometimes she couldn't get to the litter box in time. I tried the purina probiotic and it did help firm up her stools but she still farted all the time. I tried switching with several different foods for sensitive stomachs but none of them helped until I tried this- Royal Canin Digestive cat food. It worked wonders! She rarely has gas now. She doesn't need the probiotic anymore. This food is expensive but it is worth it to try.

Royal Canin Hits Another Home Run

I’ve fed Royal Canin foods for years until my vet wanted one of my cats on CD Stress. It is a prescription food, and the kitties liked it until they didn’t. Trusting Royal Canin, I ordered the digestive care. What a brilliant change in my girls! No more regurgitation, or vomiting. Their stool is improved from small, dry, almond-size deposits, to firm and full poop. Their coats are sooooo shiny and soft. WE LOVE THIS FOOD!

Such an Improvement

I have a 16 year old kitty who had been vomiting up his food on and off for quite some time. I stumbled on this food one day. I read the reviews, looked at the ingredients, and decided to give it a try. I bought a bag and started mixing it with his curren kibble so that it wouldn’t make him sick, but he kept picking these kibbles out of the mix and leaving his old kibble behind, so I ordered another bag so that he could have this alone. He LOVES it and is appreciative that he no longer has to pick this out of the mix. Lol. I agree with another reviewer about the ingredients not being the best, and it’s a bit expensive, but the fact that my furry old man eats it, doesn’t vomit it back up and seems happy is worth every penny.

My 3 cats are eating it up!

Any new food for cats is always a gamble. Will they eat it? Will they sniff it and walk away? I told them I bought a new snackie and gave each one about 15 pieces to try. They ate it up! I have been increasingly adding it to their food, too. Hopefully, we can switch over to a full bowl of Royal Canin Digestive by the end of the month. They are still eating it as a treat daily and eating what I've mixed in their "old" dry food. 2 of my fur babies are vomiters, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will decrease in the near future. Jackie is a gobbler so the size and shape has reduced the number of food pieces she tries to inhale! I've even promised my sister-in-law a baggie for her 3 cats to try! Thanks, Chewy!

picky eater

Liked it at first, but as is typical with cats, one day they love something, next day they turn their nose up at it. I was hoping she would like this a bit longer, but no such luck. Maybe if mixed with other dry she will finish the back.

Not a fan of ingredients... But...

All 3 of my cats will eat this and seem to actually like it. As I said, not a fan of the ingredients as I have always fed only healthy options. However, they have become pickier eaters in their senior years and I am pleased to find a dry food that all 3 will eat and keep down. So it does work for a cat that easily vomits. The kibble size is big. So much so, that my auto feeders have trouble dispensing it. But on the bright side, my cats with few teeth can chew before swallowing. The shape of the kibble is thin and flat, not round and hard. Another plus is that it gives them healthier poops. I only recommend if you are having trouble finding a food that your cat likes and can chew. This food really isn't good for them.

My over weight cat loves this food!

We love all our cats, and have several nick names for them! "Fatty" is an enduring and loving term for our 19 pounder. Our vet did want us to put him on diet food so it can improve his life as he gets older. The disc shaped kibbles are cute and Fatty loves them too!

cured my kitten’s stank poop

My 6 month old kitten had horribly stinky poops, MUCH worse than normal cat box leavings. I have had cats all my life and I had him checked out by the vet: he was perfectly healthy. So I tried digestive food and after a few weeks, no more stink! All four cats love this food so it goes fast, but it’s worth the cost not to be stink bombed daily.
