Somehow, some way, Mikey gets fleas. I’m sure it’s from his outside potty breaks, but it’s a huge problem. We also have two cats, so if one critter gets fleas, they ALL get fleas. It’s the unwanted gift that just keeps on giving. I’ve tried soooo many topical flea treatments in Mikey. And not a single one took care of the problem. My mom told me she uses Symparica trio with her three dogs, and it works great. So, at Mikey’s vet visit, I got some. Not only did it work, it worked IMMEDIATELY. That morning, he was itching like crazy, and that evening, he wasn’t! He also ate it without an issue, which calmed my initial worry of him not getting a full dose due to not liking the taste. It gives me piece of mind to know it protects and treats worms, as well! I paid $200 for a 6 month supply at my vet’s office. But seeing the discounted price on Chewy is GREAT! I’ll be ordering here from now on. We will never go back to other treatment brands again! This is a game changer!

I waited 12 days for my order to come. Zero follow through with the vet. Chewy had called my vet, wrote down a wrong fax number and did not follow up with the vet. I called to follow up with the vet. They didn’t receive a fax. I then called chewy and they called the vets office at my request. They took down the fax number wrong again. Luckily the vet tech had them repeat back the number due to the previous issue and corrected the fax number. Finally I received my order on the 12th day. Needless to say, I cancelled my auto ship with chewy. I went through another channel and got my auto ship for my other dog in 3 days.

I have been buying this product for years. This product cost has risen to over $35 a pill! I found the same product for so much less unless chewy gives me a price match or a price adjustment from my recent purchase, I will be ordering from and it’s a legit company from reviews.

Super effective!!!

I take my dog on tons of hikes, creek swimming, camping, etc. and she came back with two weird red spots on her belly. I took her to the vet and long story short she was bitten by some ticks but this preventative worked so well that the ticks had died and fallen off before we even made it home! Definitely keeping her on this forever :)

Our simparica trio was caught up in a compromised card fiasco. We had accidentally missed a month of the preventative care and were now going on a trip to a farm, no less. Our pet Marco needed protection from ticks! After two seconds of trying to update the card on the web and getting confused, I decided to call the customer service number. The woman who answered was not only sweet, but professional and swift fixing the problem. It was a pleasure to come across someone who enjoyed her job and simply put her best forward. I feel like Chewy not only takes care of our pets, but cares about their employees too! Thanks for helping me and making it a great experience.

I always use Chewy for pet meds. Question: my vet practitioner is now no longer processing digital scripts to Chewy, they have to be written and I will have to send them to you. (They’re trying to force me into Coventry, which I won’t use). How do you handle this?

This is the 2nd time that I have asked to leave the package in the front COVERED porch but the delivery person just throws the package in the middle of the lawn. I live in Seattle (WA) and it rains all the time! I have already complained about this but the delivery company (FedEx) keeps repeating this practice of not leaving packages in the front COVERED porch. Thank you !

I was sent the wrong weight, which I RETURNED (check your records). I contacted, 3 times via chat explaining Penelope gained weight and needed the higher weight dosage. I was told, the higher weight would be sent. My VETERINARIAN confirmed she approved the higher dosage, but your technicians think they know more than the doctor and said they still show Penelopes weight lower, even though 3 times they were told she is now 23lbs. Penelope is just now 1 year old and was growing (duh), so she gained weight. The technicians think they can override a DOCTOR who said give her the higher dosage. I will no longer be order RX's from chewy. I'm ordering from my Veterinarian's online pharmacy.

He actually ate the medication. I usually have break up the other products into smaller pieces and then, he'll sometimes spit them out. He took this chewy just fine.....no bad after effects either....sometimes we'd have soft stool the next day....this time, nothing, everything normal.
