Hi! This question is specifically about Stella & Chewy's small breed beef kibble. The contact Chewy form is elsewhere. But as a fellow mini poodle parent, I would say this is a great option for your dog. Poodles are prone to allergies and usually to chicken and turkey. Beef is the other most common allergy so you could always try a fish or lamb recipe too.

Upon first opening the bag, I was pleasantly surprised by the smell of meat, likely from the raw coating on the kibble. While not enthusiastic fans of dry food in general, my dogs were immediately very interested. The morsels of food in the ‘small breed’ version are tiny - about the size of mini chocolate chips, and perfect for even the smallest of dogs. This food instantly passed the canine taste test, even with my picky one. And no wonder. Beef and lamb are the first two ingredients. It is also important to me that this food does not contain peas or potatoes. Instead it contains pumpkin, quinoa, and a mix of fruit and veggies, along with oats and barley. The scent of the meaty bits keeps my dogs more motivated to solve puzzle boards and to thoroughly scour their snuffle mats. I am so happy I found this food. My dogs love it and I feel good about feeding it to them.
