When changing to Taste of the Wild, we recommend making a gradual transition over 7-10 days to help avoid possible digestive upset in sensitive pets. Add a small amount of new food to your dog's previous diet, gradually increasing the new and decreasing the previous diet until the transition is complete.

Yummy in my tummy!
By Delia on Feb 4, 2021
My mama and papa get this for me and I really like it a lot! I like all the Taste of the Wild kibble that they get me. They say my coat is so sleek, too! I am a moderately active 60-ish pound doggo who eats twice a day and the 25# bags last me about 10-11 weeks.

Good stuff
By DogMom on Jan 13, 2021
I have used another brand for awhile when I finally thought they scratched a lot, and I tried everything but their dry food. After one bag, the scratching has stopped. The dogs love it, too, which is #1 since if they won’t eat it, it won’t do any good!

Excellent kibble
By Mia5 on Jan 22, 2021
I switch between Taste of the Wild with ancient grains and Sportmix Canine X just to give my dog a change of taste - mixed with a little wet food - I started out grain free but changed my mind after eading a few articles -

She Loved It!
By LisaM on Dec 26, 2020
Miss Daisy has been eating Taste of the Wild dry kibble products since I adopted her 13 months ago. Ancient Prairie formula is new to her. She loved it and eagerly cleaned her bowl. I like these products due to their quality and price point. She seems to enjoy all the flavors.

my pups love it!
By mick on Jan 10, 2021
My pitbull absolutely loves this brand. She preferred it over the Blue Buffalo dog food. Now we have our husky puppy started on their puppy food too. She can’t get enough!

Great food
By lisa on Jan 4, 2021
I prefer to feed raw, but when I am not able to due to traveling. I use this food. My dogs love it, I like the list of ingredients, and my dogs maintain their weights on it.

By Sandra on Feb 1, 2021
My 17 month old Airedale seems to like the food. In the past she did not like food that had duck as one of the components

Runny Stools
By Sonya on Nov 18, 2020
My cats eat Taste of the Wild and I was looking for a reasonably priced, good quality dog food that both my puppy and adult dog could eat, and this was recommended by Dog Food Advisor. Unfortunately they're almost to the end of the bag and they still have loose stools. Continuing the search!

Not a favorite
By Toby on Nov 21, 2020
Toby was getting reluctant to eat his American Journey Beef & Sweet Potato dry food so I thought I'd try a different brand beef dry food. I ordered this Taste of the Wild Ancient Grains Dry Dog Food but he does not like it at all. I just reordered the American Journey.
