Tidy Cats light Weight 17lb box.

The box is heavy and living on the second floor not easy to walk up the stairs and hard to get the litter out of the box. I was using the 8.5lb plastic container of Tidy Cats Light Weight Litter and I enjoyed the ease of use, just pour the tub over the cat boxes. In the case of the box, had to use a container to get the litter out of the box. Not convenient. Are they every going to bring the 8.5lb plastic container back?

Bag was open on the bottom

Sad to see I’m not the only one here to complain about the bag being open. I thought it was a fluke on the first bag. Nope, same thing this week. At least this week I didn’t get it on the carpet. What’s irritating is they switched to this packaging because it’s more “eco friendly and convenient”…yeah, super convenient when I have to clean the floors right after I clean the litter boxes. And I saw this was happening in December of last year and it’s still an issue. I’m incredibly unimpressed right now.

Open Package

I have never had any issues before. The box of litter was open and was spilling out on to the chewy box. It had a different color than the other box of litter. Unsure if it was used or dried out, one was darker and the other lighter. Not the same product.

Packaging broke while shipping

Wouldn’t recommend getting. The litter is poorly packaged and gets everywhere. It came out of the box and into the larger box then onto my floor when I brought it in.

NOT dust free but a decent litter

I'd love to give it a 5, but it definitely not 99.9% dust free. If that isn't a concern, this is a decent litter. My cats leave footprints on my floor, and the dust wafts gently in the air when poured. I have four cats, so it gets a workout. I gave it a 3 because it does keep the odor down.

Not what I thought

I bought what I thought was the same cat litter that I had purchased in store which I loved ~ this was not the same. It is not lightweight, doesn't clump well, and does not trap smells. I'm dissapointed

Defective box/packaging

I get this litter through Chewy all the time through autoship. This time the bag the litter is suppose to be in was completely open in one of the Tidy Cat boxes. Even though they were also in a Chewy box, it made a mess EVERYWHERE! From my front door, through the living room, kitchen, and all the way down the basement! And if that wasnt enough, taking the tidy cat box out of the chewy box made a mess. Opening the tidy cat box to poor into a litter box made a mess, it was just an all around mess and an inconvenience. Tidy Cat, get it together! This single home owner doesnt have time for this, sheesh! The litter itself is fine when packaged right.
