Changed for the worse

The granules are now smaller, it no longer clumps as well, there is considerably more dust and tracking and my cats are unhappy with the changes made to this product

I have been using lightweight litters for more than 20 years. This one clumps well and most of my cats prefer this type of litter. A word of warning - all light weight litters track more than heavy litters. So folks may have to balance whether they want to save their backs or clean up frequently. A litter track pad helps. Biggest downside - the cost of you have multiple cats.

I really enjoy this, especially with the shipping on these two big jugs. It helps out tremendously without having to go out and grab it from the supermarket or the pet store as it’s not too heavy but heavy enough to not want to get it.! Highly recommend and the cat loves it too!! the shipping to the door is the best part no more lugging out from the car or the pet store!! and the stuff lasted about almost a month without a complete change out

The best of all litters. Trust me I've tried them all. I even bought this very product at Sam's Club to save even more money. But, to my surprise it had the same name but it wasn't the same litter. It amazes me that Sam's Club is allowed to bait and switch. Trust me when we had purchased the very same product at a grocery store and at Chewy, it's not the same product. My point is, buy from Chewy at a reasonable price. Trustworthy Chewy, that you get the REAL product. Lesson learned. The litter is by far the BEST we have ever used. We've got 13 cats, 13 litter boxes. Thank you Chewy.

Light weight litter has come far.. I really wanted it to work, the regular stuff is killing me with 7 cats, and the trash men are not happy with us lol But im so happy with this litter, it exceeded my expectations. The only thing driving me mad is the tracking. Its so light it just fly everywhere and with 3, 5 month old kittens, its everywhere. Picture is cheddar smiling because his litter smells so good all the time :) lol

It was an easy solution but with a big down fall

Unfortunately since switching to the lightweight formula my cat has started to get nail infections and infected nail beds. The vet advised to switch back to my old

Unfortunately since switching to the lightweight formula my cat has started to get nail infections and infected nail beds. The vet advised to switch back to my old litter to avoid future infections. I only switched to the lightweight formula so that my chewy orders would stop arriving damaged when they ship my order with full weight litter. I guess it’s back to the drawing board.

Odor control

The packaging is horrible. Having to lift the entire box to top the litter box is awful. I clean my very large litter box twice a day, but the odor control is not

The packaging is horrible. Having to lift the entire box to top the litter box is awful. I clean my very large litter box twice a day, but the odor control is not there. Within two days the urine smell is overpowering. Like I mentioned, I scoop the box twice a day, top it off, and completely replace the litter every two weeks. The odor control is useless.
