The satin smooth texture.

Our cat, Lulu, is a senior cat around 17 - 20 years old. She's lost several of her teeth so it's hard for her to chew. Lulu started eating less dry food because of this so we decided to give her more wet food. It worked for awhile, but when she started to lose weight we started to worry. A friend recommended we try Tiki Cat Silver because it was designed for senior cats and had several flavors that were offered in pate form (soft and smooth like mashed potatoes). We bought her two favorite flavors, chicken and tuna with mackerel to try them out. Lulu LOVED IT! She also gained back the weight she lost which made our vet happy too. We feed her one can for breakfast and one for dinner. She still eats dry food, but more like a like it's a cat treat. Tiki Cat Silver made our cat want to eat and live again. Thank you!!!

Good canned food option for senior cats!

Cans contain a good amount of soft food (like a super soft liquidy pate/bisque consistency). I have a 15 year old and he would lick about half a can per sitting

Cans contain a good amount of soft food (like a super soft liquidy pate/bisque consistency). I have a 15 year old and he would lick about half a can per sitting. The consistency is good for cats who like to lick can food and not chomp it down. Good fish smell! I would warm the food up a little bit in the microwave and that would really entice my cat to lick the food! Cans are easy to open. I would store the other half of the can in the refrigerator for another meal. My cat had no gastrointestinal issues with this food either.

My 15 year old male Norwegian Forest Cat had a LOT of his teeth extracted by his doctor a few years back due to dental issues. So, it seems he does best with moist food that is very creamy. In fact, I often add a lot of water to his other pates (from several other brands) to make a "soupy" meal for him and he loves to lap that water food up! But this, I have to add hardly any water to it, as it is already smooth and creamy and he just loves it. In fact, I am going to order more of this in different flavors for him !

I have 4 cats but only 1 is in the age range for Tiki Cats Silver Pate' specifically designed for cats 11 and older. And unfortunately, she is the pickiest of the bunch. She likes her dry food but I wanted to add this as a topper so she can get extra immunity support. Luckily she loves it. It is finely minced and contains real tuna. Perfect if you have a senior with sensitive teeth. I've even noticed that she is a little more active since I switched. I think I made a great choice adding this to her diet.

I was hesitant to try this at first. I have a VERY VERY picky cat who normally just licks the gravy off of her food and leaves the rest. I have tried many grocery store AND pet store brands... it's all the same. I didn't realize that this was a pate when I opened it... oops. But to my surprise, she really dug in! She didn't eat all of it, but just the fact that she ate the food was a game-changer. After she ate this, I tried her on a different brand of pate in the same flavor.. nope. It was just this. This is a really nice premium food that's worth the price!

I am so excited to have found this product! It is so hard to find tuna flavored cat food and my 16 year old cat loves tuna. The best part is this has real tuna

I am so excited to have found this product! It is so hard to find tuna flavored cat food and my 16 year old cat loves tuna. The best part is this has real tuna and it smells just like tuna. The consistency is perfect for our cat who loves gravy type food but will only lick out the gravy and leave the flakes or chunks behind. The consistency of this wet food is very smooth, somewhat thick and similar to being blended, with no chunks or flakes. My finicky cat eats it right up. Plus the label says it’s for cats 11 years plus which is perfect for our older cat. I’m replacing her other wet food with this for sure!
