Max's Eat Medicine
By Nancy on Feb 3, 2021
My kitty seems to have a propensity for getting ear infections.Just as soon as he began shaking his head THIS TIME, I knew what it was. I reordered the same med as he'd used just recently&it was refilled. It came last time w/4 bags of frozen something, and that was fine. This time, however,it only had 2 bags that were completely melted by the time it arrived.Anyway,my vet said it wouldn't work that way,so I called Chewy. To my surprise,a genuine, unrecorded, HUMAN VOICE ANSWERED!!!In less than 10 minutes, another refill was on it's way! I call THAT progress, from what I've been getting used to in the past 10 years or so. Sigh.I'd thoroughly recommend using Chewy.com! Great service IMO!(Good prices My kitty seems to have a propensity for getting ear infections.Just as soon as he began shaking his head THIS TIME, I knew what it was. Good Product
By Melissa on Nov 10, 2020
I've gone to different vets, and each time, I walk out with the medication. The vet always puts the medication in my hand before I leave, so I'm not sure which vets are saying, "Here is a prescription. Go fill it at a pharmacy." The vet gave me Tresaderm for the cat's chin acne, which she has had for 6 years. I thought it was flea dirt for years, which is why I didn't have it treated sooner. The vet instructed me to apply one or two drops twice a day for two weeks. Then if not gone, she'd do laser ablation on it to break up the infection. Seven days of use, no change, no improvement at all. On the eighth day, it was suddenly 50% better. Crazy how I saw no change for awhile, then such a fast recovery I've gone to different vets, and each time, I walk out with the medication. Price just did it for me
By Zaay on Dec 18, 2020
It’s been working for my dog. Glad I found it online. The vet I went to said I couldn’t find this anywhere other than the vet and proceeded to get charged 75 dollars for it... man lesson learned.

Recycling nightmare
By EarDrops on Sep 21, 2020
While I recommend the actual product, I will never order this from Chewy again due to the incredible overload of packaging - the worst part being a stryrofoam (you read that right - the material that most places are trying to outlaw due its horrid environmental damaging effects) container the size of a small cooler. I realize this product needs to be refrigerated, but one small ice pack wrapped around it probably would have done the trick. This product had a small ziplock bag around it, then it was wrapped in bubble wrap with 2 ice packs put in yet another ziplock bag inside the styrofoam cooler. Mind you this bottle isn't any bigger than 2 inches long. But, again, I'll find it elsewhere. … more

Product 5 stars, Chewy Rx service less than 1 star
By Disappointed on Oct 26, 2020
This company takes way too long to get pharmacy delivered. Our Veterinarian had given them what they needed, but I was told by Chewy they were waiting on their Pharmacist. 1-3 days shipping? Nope. It's really going to be 7-10 days. Not recommending Chewy for pharmacy to anyone, ever.

ear mites hate it
By rottiefoster on Nov 7, 2020
Other than it has to be kept cold and my dog dislikes the process, product is always a winner for treatment of ear mites!

Great product
By Ardie on Aug 11, 2020
I buy this for my German Shepherd who gets allergy related sores on her paws from nibbling. This medicine works wonderfully well at hastening their healing. Also, since it needs to be refrigerated, Chewy delivers it in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs at no additional charge! Way to go Chewy.

So glad I can get this through Chewy.
By Patricia on Jul 13, 2020
This is a necessary product, if you have a cat or dog. My vet's hours, combined with my work hours, make it difficult for me to get this from the vet. So glad that, as always, Chewy is always there for me. I can get this from Chewy whenever I need it.
