    Hit and miss

    By on

Reading the reviews of the salmon it seemed some liked it and some didn't. I have several cats so the opinion here is always mixed. I tried it because most of mine like salmon. The first can everyone loved it. The next can about half of them ate it eagerly and the other half poked around finishing it. My guess is something in the ingredients varies slightly from can to can or my cats are just being jerks about the food. Anyway the quality of the ingredients seem decent so I will continue to mix this in with the other flavors and see what happens.

    Not a big hit!

My 3 cats are so so on this even though salmon is their favorite. I now mix it with another brand of salmon. They like it ok.

This formula has changed with the label change!

    By on

My cat loved this food for 2 years, suddenly the label for the same product changed. I thought the new label didn’t mean new formula and trust that my cat didn’t see what the labels looked like to begin with. However! George (my cat) hates it! I swear this must be a different formula. I’m sorry according to George, I can’t recommend it. Please decide for yourselves.

My cats love this stuff. It’s reasonably priced and I can’t get 13 oz canned Friskies.

I did not find one cat that would eat this food. I was very disappointed because it contains good ingredients.

    It was worth a try

    By on

I bought the Triumph food for my dog and she absolutely fell on it. I thought maybe my cats would like it too. At first feeding, they couldn't get enough. Spoiled little felines that they are, they really prefer something that is not pate. Subsequent feedings led to cats walking away from the bowls rather than eating. I do feel that if there were a chunky, gravy version of this food they would continue eating. Unfortunately, I most likely will not purchase again.
