My cat Oscar loves this trout flavor so much, it is a treat for him. He takes thyroid medicine, and instead of using pill pockets, I now crush the pills and mix with a little bit of this. He gobbles it right up.
Only way I could get any cats to eat this was by mixing human grade canned tuna and mackerel with it.
I bought 2 flavors of this brand especially for the bigger cans and the more economically priced only the kittens would eat it and they still pretty much will eat anything. B
My cats hate it, and they’re not finicky at all. Too bad, good ingredients.
I bought the trout and the turkey and not even the homeless cats outside will eat it Maybe one will
Reliable fast service from Chewy as usual. Wish the supply issues would allow them to bring back all my favorite triumph products! As far as this food the cats like it just fine.
This gave both of my cats pancreatitis after using for about 2 years. They are on different prescription dry food which I combined with the wet, so I has to be this food that gave them pancreatitis, $3,000 and 5 vet visits later….
So happy I decided to give this a try based on all the positive reviews, and am happy to add my own paws up review to the list. All 5 of our cats, from 6 months to 18 years love the Triumph trout, and the fact that it's available in the large can which will feed one meal to all 5 is a major plus for those of us needing to keep spending as low as possible. Quality / ingredients are so much better than the Friskies they had been eating, and I notice less stomach upset and litter box odor. Will definitely be keeping this on autoship, and will be trying the other varieties. Highly recommend!
I rescue and foster and am feeding 10 cats at each meal. I only feed wet foods, and purchasing them in larger quantities is far more economical than cases of smaller cans. Triumph provides several flavors in tall cans, including flavors I don't find in other brands, like their trout formula. I don't like to feed my cats a meal that is only fish, though the ash content is acceptable in this food, but I mix it with another flavor, like Triumph Beef for a surf n turf effect. Their Chicken and Liver is also popular with my cats. I purchase at least one case of Triumph cat food every time I order, rotating flavors.
None of my six cats liked this Trout formula and they also did not like the Chicken one's either. Wasted my money.
