Chewy

Love chewy products and pricing. However, delivery by FedEx is less than desirable. I know there isn't much Chewy can do but if FedEx needs to do better.

This product is very helpful to my dog who has skin allergies, but the product design of the bottle is terrible. I have ordered it repeatedly and each time the same issue occurred with the sprayer. The fact you need to shake it to mix the contents before use makes the spraying ability almost non existent, but I encountered spraying issues even without shaking it. It may work initially, when the bottle is full, but then does not. The top does not unscrew so there is not even an option of transferring the contents to a different bottle. I grew tired of drilling holes into the heavy plastic bottle to transfer it to a workable sprayer, and finally started mixing my own at home using different brands of the same active ingredients. Chewy was wonderful about returns, but then I just dealt with it because it was not Chewy’s fault, but the manufacturer.

Heavily scented

Smells very different from the regular TrizChlor4 line. Not fresh and has a cologne type of smell.

Bought it and used it as recommended by the vet and it made my cat’s skin worse. Left a film that would build up if not cleaned. Every time I sprayed, my cat reacted negatively to it as if it burned. He would try to itch any chance he got. I had to stop use because his skin got worse.
