This easy-to-use, hand-held device delivers inhaled medications straight to your feline's lungs, for quick results and relief. Simply snap the medication into the AeroKat chamber and let your cat breathe normally through the device. Keep your eyes on the Flow-Vu Indicator, as it will let you know that your kitty is inhaling the medication. So, you know that she's getting the help she needs for her asthma, chronic bronchitis or allergies!

Key Benefits
  • This aerosol helps to administer medication prescribed by veterinarians to treat chronic bronchitis, allergic rhinitis and feline asthma.
  • Simply snap the medication into the chamber—your cat just needs to breathe normally to get the help she needs!
  • Unique Flow-Vu Indicator gives you the visual assurance that the medication is being inhaled, and the device is being used properly.
  • Antistatic design means you don't need to worry about static cling—the medication won't stick, so it's easy for your cat to inhale.
  • Special low-resistance valve is designed especially for companion animals, so it only releases the medication when your cat is ready.

    Works Great

My cat was recently diagnosed with asthma, and ensuing research confirmed treating this condition with Albuterol rather than steroids and other drugs was the safest choice. Predictably, my sweet little cat turned into a wild jungle cat in the first days of treatment and I nearly gave up. But with the help of my spouse on the 4th day we held her (wrapped in a towel) and started counting out loud her breaths until we reached 10. The counting out loud seemed to make the difference; she seemed to figure out that there was not just a purpose, but a time frame for the "torture," and she ceased struggling and waited till we were done counting. Then she's released, given lots of praise, My cat was recently diagnosed with asthma, and ensuing research confirmed treating this condition with Albuterol rather than steroids and other drugs was the safest choice. For newbies, hang in there, it'll get easier. … more

So happy I finally have this! I have been using a human mask and nebulizer for years on my kitty’s face when she would have asthma attacks. Now I can give her inhalers in little time to calm her little lungs.

14 yr old cat doing great with this

    By on

easy to use. cat had no prob. i make sure to shake the medicine just as i do my own inhaler. i like that i can watch for 10 breaths by the little tab that floats inside this or her breathing. i repeat with 1 more pump on each asthma episode. she sometimes has them daily not always. bought a simple air purifier in the room she sleeps and stays in mostly. helps alot. this item is great. she has asthma, early stage kidney disease and hyperthyroid which she takes natural pet therapy drops so this with along her inhaler is keeping her comfy during her GOLDEN YEARS. 1 week old rescue kitten and still going strong.

    Lifesaving for my cat!

I never thought I’d try this, thought it was ridiculous to use an inhaler with a cat. However I was wrong and should have tried it a long time ago. It has been the best control (with the Flovent prescribed by vet) of my 15 year old cat’s asthma. My cat went from having several asthma attacks daily to rarely having an attack. He takes it pretty well and it isn’t that difficult. I give a treat afterwards which he looks forward to. We tried oral prednisone before this and my cat got diabetes from it. We had to start insulin and then we took him off the prednisone and then he almost died from getting too much insulin. So he no longer is diabetic and I didn’t want to go back to prednisone I never thought I’d try this, thought it was ridiculous to use an inhaler with a cat. That is when I tried this and it has been a lifesaver and so much easier than pills and such better control of asthma. Thank you for this product and I’d suggest trying it before other forms of treatment if your cat has asthma. The inhaler scan be spendy but overall it is cheaper than all the vet visits I had before this. … more

    AeroKat Chamber

This is a godsend. I don't know how I would administer Stella's asthma medication without it. It works so well that we can do it every single day she needs it. Highly recommend!

    Great Product!

Buddy Whiskers, our 8 year old Grey Tabby, was diagnosed with asthma. He’s a 15 pounder, who doesn’t like to be picked up and held, nor will he eat snacks. So, we weren’t sure exactly how to get him to accept the Aero Kat for his Flovent. This morning, right after an asthma attack, I was ready, with the Aero Kat in hand. Once I managed to pick him up, I quickly carried him to the couch and trapped him between me and the couch. After a bit of a struggle, I got it on his face. It was cool to watch the valve open for each breath. After his treatment, I rubbed his ears & head gently and let him go. I was surprised to see that he acted like nothing had happened. Working like a charm!

My 6 year old seal point siamese was diagnosed with feline asthma a month and a half ago. When the vet recommended the AeroKat device, I had my doubts. I spent a week getting my cat used to just the device before attaching the Flovent and administering the medication. He was a little apprehensive at first but now, on week 4, he takes his "puffs" with no resistance. It's an amazing device!

    Amazing invention

Our cat,Lilly, has bronchitis. With this the medicine is easy to administer. The medicine is sprayed to the chamber and when the mask part is on her face we can see her breath it in. There is a small valve what moves with every breath.

    Lifesaving Product

Have been using mine for 6 years started once daily and now twice daily for my 17 yo asmatic siamease cat. Go slow with training use the instructions, and rewards, also videos from Fritz the Brave and you and your cat can do this. My cat would not have lived this long and comfortably without this product it is the only way to give them the medicine from an inhaler. I have trained several cat sitters so I can go on vacations, be patient with your cat.
