Difficult build

My cat loves this thing. We'll always find her toys in a pile at the bottom. She doesn't really use the scratcher, but she'll scratch the fabric pole at the bottom. I'm not going to lie, I struggled to put this thing together because of the cave areas that my cat doesn't even use, but it was worth it. It does wobble with use and my 11 lb cat can move it away from the wall, so maybe anchor it to a wall if you're worried about it falling. The quality leaves more to be desired, but it was only $40 when I bought it. She's already gotten at least $40 of fun out of it, so it was worth it.

May be better for small cats and kittens

This cat tree is definitely better for more petite cats or kittens. I have three adult male cats, two with larger bodies, and it’s not holding up well for them

This cat tree is definitely better for more petite cats or kittens. I have three adult male cats, two with larger bodies, and it’s not holding up well for them. My smallest one fits ok (he’s ~9lbs), but I will need to replace it a lot sooner than usual as the poles are already pretty wobbly and they’ve torn the sissell off a pole already (I could replace it, and would if I liked the whole unit better, but alas). I should have paid more attention to the specs :/

I’ve had this cat tree for about two months. Let me start off by saying it’s SO much smaller than you expect. We have two cats, both about 11 pounds. One is bigger than the other. The bigger cat does not fit comfortably on any part of the tree. She uses it still (they both do) but it is SO unstable. Every time they jump in or out the whole tree down to the base wobbles. The materials for the tree are very cheap in feel and appearance. I wouldn’t buy it again.

You get what you pay for

It's very very difficult to put together and very wobbly. If you're looking for a cheap cat tower until you can get something better this is 100% a solid choice

It's very very difficult to put together and very wobbly. If you're looking for a cheap cat tower until you can get something better this is 100% a solid choice. The screws are visible and the fabric is thin but my cat loves it. I would not recommend for someone who has multiple cats or larger cats (my cat is 10lbs) as it is pretty small. I wont buy again, but it's perfect for my cat to have something to climb on until I can afford something better. Overall it's just very poor quality.

Not the best but, it was cheap

I guess you truly get what you pay for. The fabric is cheap, thin, and was stitched on crooked for one of the enclosures and unless my tape measure has been wrong

I guess you truly get what you pay for. The fabric is cheap, thin, and was stitched on crooked for one of the enclosures and unless my tape measure has been wrong for years, it does not go to 58”. 57” is stretching it. Wish the bolts were covered up too. I guess when this one is worn out, I will opt for the more expensive one.

No directions for assembly

I purchased this and had it shipped to an elderly gal. I knew she would need her daughter to help her put it together. When she opened the box, there were no instructions

I purchased this and had it shipped to an elderly gal. I knew she would need her daughter to help her put it together. When she opened the box, there were no instructions whatsoever ever in the box. Not even a photo of the assembled tree. The tallest post was also so skinny, they did not feel it safe for the cat to jump on so they put it together without that post and the top ledge. Slightly disappointed

Great price but

The fabric is cheap, the board and fabric doesn’t stay together well, the holes in the fabric are almost nonexistent and the screws have the to punch the fabric

The fabric is cheap, the board and fabric doesn’t stay together well, the holes in the fabric are almost nonexistent and the screws have the to punch the fabric to go thru. The instructions are not very clear a confusing for the middle skinny poles (the set of 6 poles). My cats seem to be afraid of heights and so far haven’t played on this tower. I still am not sure what the screw was for.

Overpriced garbage and zero help from “support”

Did not come with the screws needed to properly secure the supports so it collapses when my cats play on it. Contacted support and was referred to the manufacturer-

Did not come with the screws needed to properly secure the supports so it collapses when my cats play on it. Contacted support and was referred to the manufacturer- who is completely impossible to contact. As I was typing the question asking for the needed contact info, the chat was closed. So I’m stuck with an expensive toy that my cats can’t use and no way to fix the issue.

The two platforms at the top are about 12" across, the box below that is barely larger, neither of my cats are going to fit. The material is cheap thin fabric that is poorly attached to the hard boards. Oh, and building it is a nightmare. The tiny illustrations on the instruction sheet are nearly useless. I"m going to disassemble it and if I can't return it I guess it's going to goodwill because it's junk.

Only hours after we set it up. One of my cats got in the top part of the tree and it completely snapped off. The screw that was attaching it came completely through the board underneath it .Also, after we put it together, it was noted that the tree was made of a lightweight material and could easily fall over.
