All dogs and cats are welcome at Chewy Vet Care practices – all you need is a Chewy.com account. Membership plans are not required. To use pet insurance at Chewy Vet Care practices, you’ll need to follow your insurance provider’s process for submitting your pet’s claims for reimbursement after service is completed. Chewy Vet Care does not directly bill your insurance provider at this time.

At this time, our focus is on providing the best possible care for dogs and cats.

Chewy Vet Care does not provide boarding services. For grooming services, we provide nail trims and anal gland expression.

We also offer routine and urgent veterinary services, including routine wellness checks and preventative care, diet consultations, dental care, routine surgical procedures, and urgent care visits.

Although Chewy Vet Care does not provide telemedicine at this time, Chewy offers you two ways to get virtual advice for your pet:

• Free 24/7 health guidance for Chewy Vet Care customers: Chewy Vet Care customers who need help scheduling a visit, have questions about their pet’s care, or need customer support are welcome to call our 24/7 veterinary care team.
• Chewy’s Connect with a Vet service is an industry-leading telehealth service that connects you with a licensed veterinary professional. Receive 1-on-1 tailored advice about your pet over live chat (free with a Chewy.com account). Note: Connect with a Vet does not prescribe, treat, or diagnose.

Chewy Vet Care practices accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Care Credit and cash.

Each practice location offers a limited selection of health care products for sale, such as prescription medications, veterinary diet items, and top vet-recommended products. For all your other pet needs, check out Chewy.com.
