Brown hay

1/2 the hay in this box was brown. Most rabbits won’t eat brown hay.

Wonderful hay

Im not sure how people are giving this hay low reviews but our rabbits certainly love it much more than the oxbow brand hay

QUITE IMPRESSED

I usually don't do reviews but I had to on this product, this is some of the best hay I have ever purchased, I have two picky piggies that don't really like hay I have tried & spent more money on different types & brands and by far they LOVE LOVE this brand . I purchased both Timothy 1st & 2nd cut 1st cut is full of seed heads a little rougher , 2nd cut really soft few seed heads , both really green I have two HAPPY piggies I most definitely will purchase again!

No Flowers - Will not buy again

I loved VF first cut, but first cut is too large for my piggies. The first cut had decent flowers. 3rd cut is like the remnants and I only found two flowers in the whole box. I would return the box if it weren’t such a hassle and I bought two :(. Unfortunately I need to go back to Kaytee brand so the piggies can get enough food.

Bunnies won’t eat it

I’m disappointed with this hay. It looks good, but my bunnies won’t eat it at all! It’s too expensive to use just as litter box filler, but that seems to be the only way that this box will be emptied. My two bunnies eagerly devour Rabbit Hole hay and I wanted to find an alternative that they also like, in case I can’t get their preferred hay - but this Viking Farmer hay is not it!

Guinea Pig Approved

We were looking for another brand of hay because our beloved KMS Hayloft closed it doors. I know 3rd cut can be hit or miss in terms of how green the leaves are but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hay was soft and green the way our pigs like it. They will eat of pile of this stuff in a couple hours and beg for more. Overall impressed for a random chewy buy. Will be ordering more.

Too cut up & dusty

My buns did not care for this much. They were used to the 1st cut and really love that, but I thought I'd give them a little variety. The strands are short and there's a lot of dust in the hay with a great amount of dusty settlement in the bottom. Will stick with 1st cut from here on out.

Yummy for the Tummy

My Mom decided to buy this for me to try..Well guess what..I love it. Nice and fresh and clean and so good. I am so glad she got this with my Chewy order. I think your Guinea Pigs will like it. No sticks or weeds..

All of my Rabbits LOVE the hay.

When you have 7 Rabbits eat all their hay, you know it is GOOD. Well worth the money
