One side doesnt zip closed all the way leaving a gap where things can fall out. :( I surely dont want that as grooming supplies arent very cheap. Looks like a factory default. Not anything that chewy did. I will definitely be ordering a new one to replace the one i just ordered as i will be doing in home grooming for people and will need it to carry my supplies in.
