What kind of mackerel is used and where was it sourced?

The type of mackerel Weruva uses is decapterus russelli or northern mackerel. All fish, with the exception of tilapia and basa, are wild-caught. Along with the catch, there are certifications from the ships’ captains that the catches are dolphin- and turtle-safe. The organization Earth Island Institute looks to protect the environment and maintain fishing sustainability, and Earth Island Institute recognizes the practices of Weruva's manufacturing facility.
What are the fat and carb percentages on a dry matter and as fed basis please?
