what replacement filter pads do I get

The Medium Zilla Reptile Terrarium Filter Replacement Cartridges should be used with the 20 gallon filter and the Large Filter Replacement Cartridges should be used with the 40 gallon filter.
Is the Zilla Aquatic Reptile Internal Aquarium Filter supposed to create foamy bubbles? The reptile is a tiny turtle.

This product creates bubbles on the surface of the water. This filter is designed for terrariums that hold turtles and other aquatic animals. Check out the video below.
How clouds the water splash. The one I have is sooo loud??

The sound of the water falling is relative to the distance it has to fall. The farther the water is from the lip of the filter, the louder the water splash will be. If you can keep the water level up so it is close to the outlet of the filter, it will be much quieter.
Will this work for a low level water fall,about 2 inch of water,in tank?

The water level needs to be at least halfway up the filter but below the lip. If using the 20 gallon filter (5 x 4 x 8 inches), you'd need a water level of at least 4 inches and for the 40 gallon filter (6.5 x 6 x 11.25 inches), you'd need a water level of at least 6 inches.
