Would it stick to a plastic tank?

It is recommended to ensure the plastic is cleaned before attaching the suction cups. There are some types of plastic like the large livestock water tanks that the suction cups will not stick to very well.

Where do you obtain replacement suction cups?

At this time, Zoo Med does not offer replacement suction cups for this product. If the suction cups for your Turtle Dock aren’t sticking to the glass any more, you can try soaking the suction cups in a mixture of hot water and white vinegar. This process should revive them. You can also scrape the water deposits off of the glass to be sure that the suction cups can stick to the glass.

It did not support the weight of my turtle; it slanted downward with her weight on it so she was unable to stay on it to bask on it. Plus, it left a film in the water even after only a few minutes, and that was after being rinsed as directed. This was a waste of time and money.

Flaky dock.

Seems defective. There is a plastic laminate on this that is flaking off into the tank water. Water is getting polluted and it's clogging the filtration system

poor quality

I bought this like 5 years ago and it was a good quality then. I recently purchased the same exact one to replace the old one and the quality have gotten way worse

I bought this like 5 years ago and it was a good quality then. I recently purchased the same exact one to replace the old one and the quality have gotten way worse. It was flakey and the board was soft plastic foam. my turtle can easily scratch and bite the pieces and eat them.

Poorly made

I bought it a month ago and I finally open the box today (7/28/25). I’m very disappointed with the product it looks and feels like it was poorly made. It has a waxy coat on it and it’s feels brittle when you touch it. It is also falling apart, when I rub it or touch it these small tiny pieces come off of it. I use to have a smaller floating dock I bought years ago and the quality of that dock is much better than this one that I got. I’m hoping it may have been a situation where the item might have been defective. I would definitely say be cautious when buying this product.

We have the small size dock which has been fine. Our baby outgrew it so we ordered the large from the same brand and it’s pretty disgraceful. IT’S STYROFOAM. We spent $50 after shipping on STYROFOAM. That’s some serious b. S. How is that safe?? I was so excited to finally receive it but this is not going anywhere near our tank. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Easy to install. So far the suction cups seem to be holding better than I expected after reading the reviews. I like the look. I think the green stringy, it does look mossy, effect did shed and was caught in my filter but didn't make it in and I was able to easily discard it. With that said, I like how it enhances the appearance and probably makes it easier for Artist to climb. I like it. I'd totally recommend it.

Arrived broken

As soon as I opened the package, I noticed the landing was in 2 pieces. It arrived broken. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of one is because the Chewy

As soon as I opened the package, I noticed the landing was in 2 pieces. It arrived broken. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of one is because the Chewy customer service was so wonderfully helpful that they are sending out a replacement free of charge, but it doesn't change the quality of the product which clearly is cheap. Hopefully the replacement does not have the same issue

I thought I got the Large one. It's a little on the smaller size. Last time I got the XL and it took up the whole tank. It's a 100 gallon. I wish they had better
